Background:
Founded in 1872, the school moved to its present site in 1977. It occupies a modern, well-maintained building with one relocatable classroom. Facilities include an excellent field and playground and open-air trainer swimming pool. Tuition in guitar, woodwind and violin is available from peripatetic teachers. The school has good sports facilities, which include a large playing field, a netball court/hard-surface playground and hall for activities such as gym. The school aims to enable every child to reach his or her potential in a caring and supportive environment.
