Background:
Brittons is a co-educational school with a maximum intake of 230 Year 7 students. It is set in 19 acres of gardens and playing fields. Although most students admitted to the School live in the Borough of Havering, a growing number are entering from outside the school's traditional catchment area. The technology resources include four design and technology workshops, two art and craft rooms, two food technology rooms, seven science laboratories and 16 computer systems. In addition they have a drama suite, a 'large' outdoor all weather pitch, six tennis courts and three basketball courts, a music centre, four language rooms and satellite resources are also available.Extra-curricular activities include maths, ICT and performing arts.
